Build Back Better is the ultimate kickstart to postpartum recovery.

This is an in-person 6-week postpartum return to exercise program that will leave you feeling more educated, stronger, more confident, and empowered in your new body.

This rehab-based strength & conditioning program is dedicated to restoring your core from the inside out so you can safely return to the exercise you love.

Classes will be held at CTS Fitness & Performance in Napa, CA.

 What:

  • 6 -weeks of IN-PERSON coaching from a certified postnatal fitness specialist.

Where:

  • Classes will be held at CTS Fitness & Performance in Napa, CA.

When

  •  We will meet 2x/week for 6 weeks.

 I take the guesswork out of training. This is a done for you program where all you have to do is show up and I take care of the rest.

  • If you are 6-8 weeks postpartum and have been cleared by your OBGYN or pelvic floor physical therapist to resume exercise.

  • If you are new to exercise or looking to get back into exercise post-baby even if many years postpartum

  • if you are unsure where to start and feeling overwhelmed with what to do when it comes to resuming any physical activity after baby

  • If you are craving the instruction and guidance from an experienced postnatal fitness coach and a done-for-you workout routine.

If you’d like to participate but are worried your baby or toddler will be fussy or too active, this program is perfect for you. This is what is amazing about small group training tailored to your postpartum experience. You can bring your baby with you to class or come for your own MomME time.
