CTS and Rikki’s program gave me the ability to be the Mom I wanted, and I’m so thankful to have found them and this program! I know my entire family has benefited from the results.

Rikki met me right where I was at. She designed a program just for me, and met with me one on one for several weeks. She taught me so many practical positions to navigate everyday Mom life. How to hinge, not bend, saving my back. How to carry the car seat properly, and to balance a kid on one hip and grocery’s on the other. She taught me how to keep up with Mom life while recovering from birth and an injury.

Kelly’s Story

I was shocked by how broken I felt after giving birth. Pregnancy felt easy and I was generally healthy, but I was really unprepared for how difficult recovery would be. I wish I had found Rikki before, but enrolling in Rikki’s post-natal program was a game changer. Not only did she help me repair in and out and build strength I never even had pre-pregnancy, she gave me real awareness about my body at a time when I was having trouble recognizing it as my own. Her completely non-judgmental, go at your own pace, supportive and professional program should be part of every mother’s basic pre and post-natal care regimen. I only wish I had found her sooner!

Christina’s Story…

I loved being apart of this program because it was a community of moms who no matter what stage of postnatal they were in, we’re all going through a similar journey.

I joined the postnatal fitness program with Rikki because after I gave birth to my daughter I was very nervous getting back into a workout routine. I originally thought I would be able to go back to working out like I did before the pregnancy after my 6 week clearance, but after having her I realized it would be harder than I thought to do it on my own. I for one wasn’t cleared until 8 weeks due to tearing and even after my “clearance” I did not feel normal or strong enough to do the workouts I had always done. I knew Rikki’s program had helped one of my friends after birth tremendously so I was excited to join.

I was so scared of jumping back in and doing things “the wrong way.” I have also used fitness as my time away/to cope with work and other stressor, so I thought this was an overall great opportunity. Devon’s Story

The results that I've seen so far has not been the numbers on the scale but with my body. I feel stronger and my clothes fit me better. I can feel my muscles again. I can also carry my baby up stairs without getting winded. My core strength has increased so much and my lower back pain is a lot better.
