LIVE Postpartum Return to Run Checklist

Are you ready to run?

You just had a baby. You’re feeling good and anxious to get moving. But, are you ready??

Let’s check off some boxes before we hit that pavement shall we?

Women’s Health Physical Therapist and running expert,  Dr. Christine Pieton, has completely taken the guesswork out of all of your return to running questions by creating a detailed movement assessment. “A solid base of strength prior to lacing up those shoes is essential in ensuring a successful return-to-run post baby.”
In this LIVE demonstration, we go over her checklist in detail.

In addition to education on tissue healing time, what the “all clear” really means, why strength training is a prerequisite to run, how breastfeeding affects tissues, calcium and bone density.
All you’ll need is a chair, a step at least 6” high, a wall and optional jump rope.

Follow along, pausing when necessary to assess yourself.
